The Start Build Grow Show is all about recognizing elite roofing entrepreneurs and service providers who bring next-level strategy and solutions to our ever-evolving industry! Randy Brothers, Author of "Start It, Build It, Grow It" and Founder of Elite Roofing & Solar (Denver, CO), decided to begin a podcast back in 2019 focused on bringing educational content to the industry through sharing his story and the stories of others. Randy, as a young entrepreneur, hit an all-time low when he had to file for bankruptcy back in 2010, but he bounced back in a big way. Now, his roofing company has done over $60 million dollars in the revenue over the last five years. Randy has learned how to implement processes and find the right people to build a successful culture. He is taking these skills and teaching other contractors how to start, build, and grow their businesses. His Co-host, Connor Rodich, started his own roofing company back in 2019 focused on doing things different and bringing more sophisticated business principles into the industry. Upon entering the industry, he experienced early success of a multi-million dollar roofing company within the first 6 months as he brought a lot of his outsider perspective and new ideas of how to build a "Profit Proof" business with sound, sustainable, and scalable business practices! To date, he has worked directly with over 100 roofing & solar businesses successfully guiding many of them to 3-10x bottom line growth! His unique corporate background and proprietary concepts offer a skill set to the industry that many roofing and solar business owners are intrigued to implement in their own companies.
